SMS Messaging & Consent

MSQ Technology uses SMS for transactional service and account communications with customers who have expressly opted in. Messages may include service and account notifications, system or device alerts, billing notifications, appointment or service updates, and customer-support communications.

How you opt in

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving MSQ Technology services. Where an MSQ Technology web form or customer portal presents an SMS consent option, the customer enters their mobile number and affirmatively selects the unchecked SMS consent option before submitting the form.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your services, account activity, alerts, and support interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, MSQ Technology will stop non-required SMS messages to that number unless you later opt in again.

Privacy

SMS messaging is also subject to the applicable MSQ Technology Terms & Conditions and any customer service agreement that applies to your account.
